Our Approach
Our clinicians employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailored to meet the needs of each client that steps in the office. Approaches can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other evidenced-based practices. Each of these approaches are integrated with the fundamental belief that each person is an integrated mind, body, and spirit, in order to offer a holistic approach to healing.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a foundational form of therapy that allows clients to feel more equipped to navigate and challenge the negative thoughts and beliefs they may hold.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a form of therapy particularly helpful in the treatment of trauma. By utilizing rapid eye movement and image rescripting, clients are able to reduce their physical and emotional reactions to past traumatic experiences.

Mindfulness practices have long been a part of therapeutic work, and we incorporate mindfulness into our work to help clients more fully enter into the present moment by being mindful of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
